Doug Sullivan brings 30 years of retail executive-level and project development leadership to the table. 

For fifteen years he held top-level management positions with restaurant chains including Morton’s Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, and PDQ restaurants. 

Doug went on to found Stonewood Holdings, the parent company for two restaurant brands, Stonewood Grill & Tavern and Peach Valley Cafe. As President and CEO, he led Stonewood Holdings from inception through the development of eighteen Stonewood Grill and four Peach Valley Cafe locations.

He built and lead a formidable team to develop and manage site selection, feasibility analysis, LOI drafting, lease negations, design & construction supervision, FF&E installation, HR staffing, training, finance, culinary R&D, and marketing & communications.

The combined revenue of the 18 unit system reached annual revenues of $57 million and won the prestigious Nation’s Restaurant News Hot Concept Award. 

After decades of working inside the four walls, Doug decided to expand his base to a broader market by creating Sullivan Restaurant Property Advisors, a firm of highly skilled and diverse talents led through his deep insight of the restaurant industry.
